You earn on: your own productionVirtual life insurance · IUL only
We hand you warm leads, daily live training, and a mentor on your calls. You bring the work ethic. Most people here started with zero insurance experience — and the ones who stayed are now running their own teams.

Straight up
You get licensed. We give you people who already asked for help. You get on the phone and help them. That's the job. You're an independent contractor, paid commission by the insurance carrier when a policy is issued and paid.
There is no salary. There is no cap. Nobody is going to check whether you logged in. If that sounds like freedom to you, keep reading. If it sounds like risk, that's a fair read — and this probably isn't for you.
What we actually do differently is the part nobody advertises: we take our time building you. Slow is smooth, smooth is fast. Most agencies recruit hard, hand you a dialer, and let attrition sort it out. We'd rather develop fewer people properly, because long-term thinking is the philosophy the whole agency runs on.
Proof
These are agents on this team who walked the same stages you'd walk. We publish them so you know the ceiling isn't theoretical — not as a promise about you.
Each of them, on their own pen. Not a team number, not a combined number — two individual producers who each crossed a million in issued paid.
Five producers on this team have put together $100,000 months as individual writers.
Those same five are now building teams of their own, running over $100,000 a month in deposits.
Who you'd be working with
Quantum wasn't started by recruiters who read about this industry. It was started by two producers who wrote at a high level on their own pens, and then got obsessed with the harder problem — why most agents wash out, and what it would take to build one properly instead. Everything on this site comes out of that: the phase order, the free leads first, the in-house systems, the refusal to skip steps. It's the plan we wish someone had run us through.
Marco wrote at Hall of Fame level two years running, and he still leads from the front — writing $80,000 a month personally while running a team that produces a million a month. He built the methodology the agency trains on: start with why, behaviour over tactics, educate and never pressure. If you join, the training you go through is his.
Jake is the proof that both halves of this path are real. He wrote at a high level on his own pen, then went and did the harder thing — built and now runs a team producing at agency scale. That's Phase 03 through Phase 07, walked end to end.
Who's behind us
Quantum writes business under Family First Life, one of the largest life insurance brokerages in the country. The people who train Marco and Jake are the people who built it, and the numbers below are the scale of the organizations behind the training you'd be getting.
Family First Life is the brokerage Quantum operates under. Shawn founded it in late 2013 with a mission to put both clients' families and agents' families first — after years as an independent agent and more than thirteen years with the State Department of Children and Families.
It produced over $10 million in paid premium in its first year. By the time it partnered with Integrity in 2019 it supported more than 17,000 agents nationwide and was helping over 80,000 Americans a year. Today Family First Life places roughly $100 million a month in issued paid business.
He's also the author of Pick Money: Five Years to Financial Freedom.
Zac mentors Marco and Jake directly. He entered the industry in 2018 at twenty-two, choosing entrepreneurship over following his family into medicine, and built a reputation for teaching agents to sell at a high level and run profitable businesses.
In 2021 Integrity acquired his agency and brought him on as the youngest Managing Partner in Integrity's history at that time — his agency had quadrupled in the year beforehand. Today FFL Capital places about $38 million a month in issued paid business.
He leads on discipline, consistency, work ethic, personal responsibility and attitude — and on teaching agents to run profitable businesses, not just close deals.
Let's be straight about this, because recruiters oversell it constantly. You do not get handed a relationship with Shawn or Zac because you signed a contract. Nobody does — Marco and Jake didn't either. Access in this business is earned by production, and that rule applies the whole way up.
What you do get, from day one, is everything that already came down through it.
Everything Marco and Jake have been taught is what they teach you. You're getting the coaching they paid for in years of production, on your very first week of calls.
Our sales conference Ignyte runs twice a year, and leadership events twice more. Four times a year you're in the actual room with the people at the top of this organization — not watching a replay.
Produce and build, and the rooms open further. That's not a promise we can make for you — it's a door that's genuinely there, and how far through it you get is on you.
The agency runs virtually, but we're not a logo and a Zoom link. We have a physical office in San Diego, our conferences are real rooms with real people in them, and the leaders above us are named, findable, and have public track records you can check yourself. That's the difference between a remote agency and an anonymous one.
The career path
You don't get handed a team because you've been around a while. You earn each stage by doing the one before it properly. That's the whole design.
Learn to sell at a high level. Warm leads, daily live training, and one-on-one coaching until the fundamentals are automatic instead of memorized.
You earn on: your own productionProduction earns the right to be followed. You set the standard on the board, help newer agents, and become someone the team actually watches.
You earn on: your productionLearn to develop people, not just close deals. Build and run a team, and earn overrides on the production of agents you trained yourself.
You earn on: you + your teamBuild something that's yours — your agency, your culture, your vision — with compounding overrides underneath it. That's the point of the whole path.
You earn on: the whole agencyNo mystery, no hidden math. Each ring you build widens what you earn on. How much it's worth is still entirely down to whether the people in it produce.
The honest comparison
We're not the right call for everyone. But if you've been recruited before, you'll recognise the left column.
| Most agencies | Quantum | |
|---|---|---|
| Leads | You buy them, out of your own pocket, before you've earned anything |
Warm leads provided — people who already raised their hand |
| Training | A recorded course library and a "good luck" |
Live training every day, plus real recorded calls broken down |
| Product | Eight products, none of them known well |
IUL only. One thing, understood deeply |
| Method | A script, urgency, and pressure closes |
Human behaviour. Educate, never pressure |
| Development | Recruit hard, let attrition sort it out |
Fewer people, developed properly. Slow is smooth |
| Path up | Vague "leadership opportunity" |
Four defined stages, ending in an agency you own |
What you get
All of it included. None of it billed to you.
Built in house
Quantum Academy, our own in-house lead flow, and the Quantum Portal — our own CRM. Most agencies rent their training, their leads and their tech. We built ours, which is why we can hand it to you and keep improving it.
The gameplan
You start on free leads to build the skillset, graduate to paid aged, then fresh, then our in-house system — and only then do you build a team. Nobody skips a step.
Qualification
Read both columns honestly. Recruiting the wrong person wastes your year and our time.
Methodology
Families don't buy life insurance because someone read them a script fast enough. They buy because someone helped them understand what happens to the people they love if they're not there.
Principle 01
Purpose before product. Understand what a family is actually protecting before you ever mention a policy.
Principle 02
People decide emotionally and justify logically. Learn how that really works and you stop needing tricks.
Principle 03
No manufactured urgency, no closing games. If it isn't right for them, it isn't a sale we want written.
Getting started
Step 01
A straight conversation about your situation, what the role actually involves, and whether it's a fit. No pitch deck, no pressure.
Step 02
We walk you through your state's life insurance course and exam, then get you contracted with our carriers and set up.
Step 03
You take warm leads with a mentor on your calls and daily training behind you. Stage 01 begins the day you're contracted.
Objections, answered
No. You're paid commission by insurance carriers on policies real families actually buy and keep paying for. There's no product to purchase, no inventory, no fee to join, and no requirement to recruit anybody. Overrides only exist once you choose to build and train a team, and they're paid on that team's real production — not on signing people up.
Your state's licensing course and exam fees, which you pay to the state and the course provider — not to us. We don't charge anything to join, and leads are provided. If someone in this industry asks you to pay them for the privilege of working, walk away.
Uncapped, and not guaranteed — both halves matter. You're an independent contractor paid on commission, so income tracks production. We'll walk you through the real commission structure and actual numbers on the call rather than posting a headline income figure on a website, because that figure would be marketing, not information.
No. Plenty of our producers came from completely outside the industry. What you need is coachability and the willingness to be on the phone consistently while you learn. Experience helps; it doesn't decide it.
Yes — you need a life insurance license in your resident state before you can sell. If you don't have one, we point you through the course, the exam, and the application, then get you contracted with our carriers.
Yes. The entire agency is virtual — training, mentorship, appointments, and the team floor all happen online. A laptop, a headset, and a quiet room is the whole setup.
It depends on how fast you get licensed and how consistently you work — and we're not going to pretend otherwise. Licensing timelines vary by state. After that, it's a function of how many conversations you have and how quickly the fundamentals click. We'd rather tell you that plainly than sell you a timeline we can't control.
Book a call
Fifteen minutes. We'll tell you honestly whether this is a fit, including if it isn't. If no time works, leave your details and we'll reach out.
CONFIG.calendlyUrl at the top of the script in this file and the live calendar appears right here.
Worst case, you spend fifteen minutes and find out it's not for you. Best case, you look back on this as the call that started the whole thing.
